The 36th Research Institute of China Electronics Technology Group Corporation (CETC36) is the backbone member of CETC group. Since its establishment in 1978, CETC36 has adhered to the core values of responsibility, innovation, excellence and sharing. With the development goal of being the “information control leader”, it is committed to the research and construction of a new generation of information infrastructure, which based on special information system equipment, applications of neo-smart city industry, ecological environment control systems and marine electronic intelligent equipment and services.

中國電科36所位于黨的誕生地——浙江嘉興。嘉興地處長三角核心腹地，是上海大都市圈重要城市、環(huán)杭州灣大灣區(qū)核心城市之一，也是長江三角洲區(qū)域一體化的重要組成部分，其轄區(qū)內(nèi)的烏鎮(zhèn)是世界互聯(lián)網(wǎng)大會永久會址，在各方面有著得天獨厚的優(yōu)勢。

CETC36 is located in the birthplace of the Communist Party of China, Jiaxing, Zhejiang. Being one of the core cities around Hangzhou Bay, the city lies in the core hinterland of the Yangtze River Delta. Wuzhen, under the In jurisdiction of Jiaxing, is the permanent meeting site of the World Internet Conference. It is an important city in Shanghai Metropolitan Area and is gifted with unique advantages in all aspects, playing a vital part regarding regional integration.
