學(xué)術(shù)兼職:《遙控遙測》編委，中國航空學(xué)會無人機分會委員兼測控與數(shù)據(jù)鏈專業(yè)委員會主任，中國宇航學(xué)會遙測專業(yè)委員會委員，中國自動化學(xué)會遙感遙控遙測專業(yè)委員會委員，江蘇省航空航天學(xué)會戰(zhàn)術(shù)技術(shù)與飛行安全專業(yè)委員會副主任，中國無人機產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新聯(lián)盟安防分聯(lián)盟副理事長，曾任總裝備部無人機專業(yè)組成員，國家自然科學(xué)基金、航空基金和國家重點研發(fā)計劃評審專家。
工作成績:擔(dān)任多個無人機型號的副總設(shè)計師和總設(shè)計師，主持國家自然基金.航空基金、國防預(yù)研、“973" 課題和國家重點研發(fā)計劃課題等科研項目，獲總裝備部和國防科工要聯(lián)合領(lǐng)發(fā)的高新工程突出貢獻個人榮營獎?wù)?，獲航空航天部個人一等功，二等功，獲國防科工委銀獎?？蒲袘?yīng)里，鐵國家科技進步二等獎二次，江蘇省科技進步特導(dǎo)獎一次，省部權(quán)科技進步等獎四次、二等獎四次。
