SNIPER combines three important aspects of any rotary wing UAV of this type:

Vertical take-off and landing; hovering.
Long endurance, due to its gasoline powered engine.
Considerable payload capacity, enabling the se of high quality EO / IR cameras and other sensors.

A variety of payloads are available to maximize the chances of mission success:

The AFCU used in the SNIPER is capable of controlling the platform over a wide range of flight control tasks:
